Whether they are travelling with business, looking to make a corporate booking or simply in pursuit of some down time, our guests always come first, and we continually strive to better their experience with Cairn Group. We are always challenging ourselves to improve our already exceptional customer offering – from team training and investment into facilities, to seeking out the very best food and drink ingredients and innovations.

We believe change is a good thing

Cairn Group is continually looking to challenge the status quo of the industry and recognises the need for regular change to keep up with the demands of the customer. The last five years have seen us invest over £40m in acquiring and improving the company’s growing portfolio and we aren’t about to stop there. The next few years will see us continue to invest and implement exciting plans which will further improve our offering. At Cairn Group, we don’t sit still.

Cairn Group Cares

We understand that we have a responsibility to give something back to our local communities, to make a difference wherever we can – Cairn Group has a conscience. We run a number of internal initiatives which we encourage our staff to get involved in, supporting numerous charities and organisations across the UK. Wherever possible, we also encourage our people to nominate charities that are close to their hearts and we encourage independent fundraising initiatives which may be of particular resonance to them personally – this might be through financial support or time taken out of their working day. Our guests and clients continue to support Cairn Group’s fundraising activities and we remain sincerely thankful for their help and support over the years.
