Menopause Workplace Pledge

Making menopause an inclusive subject that no one is afraid or embarrassed to talk about helps make Cairn Group a great place to work, giving everyone the confidence to ask for help and support if they need it.

Educating and informing our leaders and managers to understand what menopause is, how it can affect an employee and how we as a business can help, means that they can have great conversations and help provide the right support where needed.

We have also signed up to the Workplace Menopause Pledge to show that we are taking positive action to make sure everyone going through the menopause is supported.
